2. Products – We sell authenticated antiques from the Irish pub trade and new décor items. Antique condition is described honestly in each listing.
3. Orders & Payment – Prices are in Euro and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may cancel orders before dispatch in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.
4. Shipping – We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns – New items: return within 14 days, unused, for a full refund. Return shipping paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Antiques: non-returnable unless significantly different from the listing or damaged in transit. Claims within 7 days with photos.
6. Liability – Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
7. Privacy – Personal data is handled per EU Privacy Policy and GDPR rules.
8. Governing Law – Irish law applies; Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
